Inhalt:

Motivation is something that doesn't get done to you, it's a personal process.
In this eminently practical session, we will look at the role of the teacher/leader in creating a motivating environment that leads to self-determination.
The workshop, based on recent classroom research, will showcase the GPS framework for motivation: we will first emphasize the importance of group processes and affiliation. We will then move on to the need to prime the students, and we will finally look at activities that can surprise and stimulate them.
